Introducing HosPortal’s New Website

HosPortal is an Australian software company that helps healthcare professionals provide better patient care. They have two products, namely HosPortal Roster and HosPortal Connect.

HosPortal Roster is a medical rostering software. It ensures all medical staff are aware of their schedules at all times, allowing a medical facility to provide better patient care than ever.

HosPortal Connect is patient feedback software. It allows medical facilities to measure a treatments’ effectiveness as well as the patients’ overall satisfaction.

The Problem

HosPortal needed an updated website after launching HosPortal Connect. The original website was made for the purpose of showcasing one product. Its design and layout could not accommodate another product, possibly confusing visitors who wanted to learn about HosPortal Connect.

The Solution

Cornerstone Digital created a website that showcases HosPortal’s products equally. When visitors land on the website, they will be prompted if they’re looking for rostering or feedback software. They will then be led to the appropriate pages. By carefully considering the user journey, we maximise the potential to boost HosPortal’s conversion rate.
