Not all aeromedical providers own a fleet of aircraft and patient transport vehicles. AirMed has a fleet consisting of 9 aircraft as well as access to ground transport all over Australia.

They have bases in Sydney, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Dubbo to name a few. Their services include air transfers, ground transfers and a host of other patient transfer services.

The Problem

With over a decade of experience in patient transport, AirMed was already an established name in the field. Long-term clients continued to work with them, satisfied with their bed-to-bed service. They were, however, struggling to reach a new pool of potential clients in the digital space.
